Amazing experience. Matt was responsive and personable from the get go. He first inspected a car at a wholesale yard for me. He then spoke to me on the phone in detail and provided insights I would not have gotten from a regular inspection. The next day, he inspected a “new” car at a dealership. My pre purchase inspection experience with Matt was excellent. He responded to an enquiry I had in the late afternoon of a public holiday and was inspecting the vehicle the very next afternoon. His report and notes were extremely comprehensive and he went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb – all findings/footage were neatly packaged and promptly sent through immediately after completion.
